We are delighted to announce that we have received the highest sentiment score at the Automotive Reputation Awards 2023. The award is based on customer feedback and subsequent response rate.
The award presents an overall reputation score of which we have received a ranking of 818 based on a score of 98% sentiment, 65% visibility and 85% engagement. Our engagement score is the highest of the table. At 85% it provides a clear understanding that our customer feedback and response rate is the best in the country.
At Toomey Motor Group it’s important to us that our customers are not only heard but understood. We prioritise responding to both negative and positive feedback and offer future support throughout the customer's journey with us. We encourage and ensure our teams are equipped with up-to-date customer service training and tools to aid them in providing one of the best purchasing services out there.
We are always taking initiatives to improve both our visibility and sentiment score further. Our sentiment score of 98% is based on the average star rating across several platforms. We encourage our customers to naturally provide ratings and feedback based on their experiences. We then take the initiative to understand their encounters and learn from their feedback.
Our Visibility score lands at 65% and is calculated using the spread of reviews, volume and recency scores. To improve this score further was are undertaking some internal process reviews on how we can offer additional review platforms, encourage reviews and improve recency scores.
To us, customer feedback is the most powerful tool in transforming our processes, and training programs and providing insights. We utilize customer feedback to improve journeys and provide each customer with the best possible experience when purchasing with us.
