  I contacted Toomey Renault Basildon to place an order of my first brand new car and was greeted by a lovely gentleman called Michael daws who went above and beyond to help me order a vehicle. He showed great patience and amazing people skills. He made me feel comfortable and listened to my needs. And was also very funny too! I thought it was a pleasure to deal with him, he kept me up to date with every detail of the process and had a car available to me within just under a week. If I could have given 10 stars I would have. I feel confident that if I ever was to face an issue he would do his best to resolve it. A true gentleman and a complete credit to motability and Toomey Renault Basildon.

  I have recently bought Renault Clio Techno 2024 from Renault Southend. I must admit, I had amazing experience on over all purchase journey.   Went looking for a new car and me with Steve Moros who happily put us in a new Austral for a test drive, no messing, no fuss, the car speaks for itself but dealing with Steve was easily the most straightforward car purchase I think we have ever made.   I was out looking for a new car at two other dealerships and had not even considered a Renault. When by chance I met the Renault sales person (Patrick) his approach was professionally friendly, but I was about to test drive another car. On my second encounter his approach was still professional but with a bit of sales banter. This led me to return to the show room for chat about what I was looking for. He was new to the team and very honest about needing to check a couple of things with a colleague. He was very patient as I was an indecisive customer. After a test drive I had found my perfect car and having liked his genuine easy approach it was an easy decision. I also found his colleagues very approachable and got my questions answered quickly. I can’t wait to get my new car and hope to have continued good service from the Renault team. Thanks Patrick
