We had a great experience here , fantastic customer service and we was served by Francis who was a complete professional helpful and a great member of staff

I was here a couple weeks ago and was greeted by a lady called jane, she was so polite and friendly.

Just wanted to say thank you and what a great service from Francis at Toomey. He was very helpful, friendly and made the sale as smooth as possible.

From initial viewing of the HS & ZS the service has been fantastic. Francis has been extremely helpful & explained everything we asked him. Today we picked up our new HS on Motobility & again Francis was friendly, smiling & helpful. Thank you to him & Basildon branch. Highly appreciated.

I have been with Toomey Basildon for almost 3 years now. I picked MG 5 Full Electric on Wednesday 27th April. Ashley Smith was so helpful from start to finish. Toomey Basildon always helpful both in sales and services. Excellent staff, great customer service.

Didn't seem particularly interested in selling a car. Didn't reply to request for call back and ignored email. The initial online chat worked well but after that there seemed a lack of interest. I left deposit at another dealership.
