I do not tend to buy cars very often but as it is quite an extensive procedure, it makes it so much nicer having an attentive and honest salesman guide the process. Excellent and smooth experience from the moment we stepped onto TC property. Phil greeted us, allowed us to browse alone, at hand if needed and then professional, friendly, helpful and clear NOT pushy. Phil made the purchasing very smooth not complex, even when there was a problem with the window it was dealt with immediately. Recently, I bought a Ford Kuga. One thing that made it a great experience was the ability to test drive the car without a salesman, which eliminated any pressure to make a purchase. However, I was told that the car had been serviced by TC store before I took it home. Despite multiple requests, I have yet to receive the paperwork, leading me to suspect that the car might not have been serviced as promised. Nevertheless, it's a nice car, and I would consider using TC store again and recommending them.

My sales representative was H, he made the overall experience smooth and stress free. From the initial enquire online to driving away my car a couple days later he was hands-on. He answer all my queries and gave me all information i needed to have a stress-free transaction. I kid you not the purchase literally took 2 days. Really happy with the service I received from Phil. I went in already knowing what car I wanted. He showed me around the car and left me alone to look at it properly before I then took it off for a test drive. I was very happy with the quality and condition of the car (much nicer than any of the ones that I viewed before this one). Phil answered all of my questions and made the whole process really easy and straightforward. When it came to the day to go and collect the car, Phil went above and beyond by picking me up from the train station, which was a massive help and really did make the day so much less stressful as I did not have to worry about trying to find someone to drive me all the way there from home(~100 miles away). It is good to have your preconceived ideas changed. Admittedly, I went into this with reservations over past car dealings, but hands up, I have to say I found the whole experience easy and refreshing at TC Store - Toomey’s. I am not the easiest person to please, but H listened, was not pushy and was extremely helpful, I was not pressurised which made the whole process far easier. Really pleased with the new car, and the service from H and Toomey’s was excellent.

My expectations of TC store is story in itself, last week I visited a number of places looking for a car to only be let down by salesmen who promised me everything and delivered nothing. In my disappointment as we were heading home my wife said lets give one more place a chance and we ended up at TC Store. Firstly we were met by a young man by the name of ‘H’ he had a smile on his face and very welcoming. I believe he could see the frustration on our faces and offered us a cup of coffee, weather was cold and the gesture was appreciated. He asked us what we had in mind and if we are open to suggestions? We explained what type of car we were interested in and then also we would be open to ideas, he listened to our must have and desired options like apple car play and cruise control, must be an auto. We discussed budgets and agreed a figure that we were comfortable with. The craziest thing was that we ended up with two cars we really liked and then couldn’t decide between the two cars. In the end it was an eventual day and we left with a car that had optional extras and awesome on price. He was a genuine gentleman and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Went into the showroom completely clueless as to which car was right for me. Well, I went in on a whim after considering buying a new car for a while, I was immediately met by H who was super friendly and helpful, found the whole experience to be simple and well explained, no pushy hard sell, no underhand practices. H explained the whole process and the other members of the team were equally as attentive and friendly and really went the extra mile, I didn't immediately buy the car I had my eye on, but told them I would be back the next day with a decision, H understood and encouraged me to take some time to mull it over, it was extremely refreshing to meet a team that knew their business and appeared to only want to help and advise, off the back of that I was back the next day and bought the car I had my eye on, H then pushed to ensure I was able to leave the showroom in my new car that day as I had time constraints. I've got to say the service I was given by Rob Yeldham at TC at Brentwood was over and above went to look at a couple of cars .look at one but the over car was in Thier work shop which was at their basilon branch.Rob offered to take me to see the car in stead of waiting for it to be returned to them in a view days .this I took a bit of great customer service.

Purchased a 2019 Model Ford Focus with Rob. As well as Robs friendly and informative approach, TC was able to give us a great price on the vehicle. At the moment, I understand their operations are just beginning to upscale, TC can definitely pose competition too major players in the market, especially if they have attentive sales guys like Rob. I am a 'first impressions person' so when I visit places I go by my gut feeling and having visited a few car sales places in Essex none gave me a good feeling until I visited TC Brentwood and the moment I entered their show room I felt at ease and even more when I met H and later Paul who I believe is the manager. I also liked the idea that the vehicles are priced I was left alone to view the cars.I saw the Focus and decided to ask questions and H answered truthfully. No sales talk but a conversation that I knew he was a genuine person. I along with my daughters took the car for a test drive and H is a good judge of character because he gave us the keys and let us go for a test. I was very impressed with the car and I knew I would buy it but told H that we were going to test drive other cars. We exchanged a few jokes and left. We didn't go to view other cars and when he did a follow up call I told him we had a deal. He did all the paperwork kept in touch with his progress and today I became the proud owner of a focus line x. I was very impressed with H and Paul . Rob was very helpful with the purchase of my new car. He was more than happy to go through any questions I had or to provide a demonstration of the cars features. He gave me a follow up call once I had collected the car to check that everything was ok and arranged for someone to come out to me to fix a chip in the windscreen. Would deffo recommend Rob to anyone who wants a stress free, no pressure car buying experience.

I went here to see a new car as mine was written off because of vandalism which was sad, however Rob was very understanding and friendly and helped me and my family to get a new car for myself. He went above and beyond in his service and went through all the controls of the car with me and explained all the buttons before I drove off he sent me a video of the car before I came to view it and even managed to reserve it for me to see as I am student living away from home and couldn’t get home quickly.
