  After a week of going around all of the various makes of car showrooms within the Southend area, our last visit was to Nissan Toomey Southend. We looked at various cars out on the forecourt and liked a couple on display. Upon entering we were greeted by a well presented sales executive called Harry Parson who enquired as to what we were interested in viewing? Upon explaining what we were after, Harry couldn’t have been more helpful, he was very knowledgeable and his no pressure sales approach was a change from the other previous sales people we spoke to at other showrooms. After a test drive, we decided to purchase the vehicle, we decided on a date to pick up our Quashqai, whilst we were going through the relevant paperwork for the sale, we also spoke with John King the Deputy Sales Manger, he was also very pleasant and couldn’t have been more helpful with any questions and assistance in the date and time we wanted to pick up our new purchase. As previously stated we ( my wife & I) had been around the majority of car showrooms within the Southend area for a week. Had we ventured there first we could have saved ourselves a lot of negative pressure sales people who were more interested in a car sale of their choice not what we wanted. I appreciate this review is a bit long, but l wanted to highlight the professional way both Harry & John treated us, the customer service was beyond reproach and l would highly recommend anyone looking for a replacement car to visit this showroom.

  Really great customer service at Nissan! I had to bring my children along on the day of pick up and Mak was so lovely and friendly to them. Made us feel at ease.
