  I do not tend to buy cars very often but as it is quite an extensive procedure, it makes it so much nicer having an attentive and honest salesman guide the process. That was exactly my experience when dealing withHat TC Store when recently purchasing my vehicle. H was full of the right advice guiding me towards a vehicle that suited all of my personal needs and requirements. He assisted with a huge smile on his face and always ensuring I was refreshed with hot drinks, water, you name it, he got it.   Excellent and smooth experience from the moment we stepped onto TC property. Phil greeted us, allowed us to browse alone, at hand if needed and then professional, friendly, helpful and clear NOT pushy. Phil made the purchasing very smooth not complex, even when there was a problem with the window it was dealt with immediately. The whole team work really well together and are all approachable, H is a lovely young man, makes you feel comfortable and makes a lovely cuppa, SO from browsing to test drives to purchase was the smoothest ride.thank you Phil and all the team.

  From the second we walked into the sales room, all staff were friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable and assured in our decisions. In particular, when dealing with H, nothing was too much trouble. He was informative, good-humoured and not at all pushy - as most other cars salesmen have been, in our experience. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the TC Store for anyone looking for a simple, easy, quick purchase of top quality cars.   From start to finish H made the car buying experience a pleasure. Didn't feel pressured at all. On collection we arrived a bit later than scheduled. H (who was then with a customer) introduced us to Phil who completed our sale and collection. Both guys are a credit to TC store. Car purchased was immaculate on collection and a big plus was the 12 month warranty and free RAC cover. Thank you H and Phil. Will be back in the future.

  Testimonial: Toomey Car Store, Brentwood, Essex Prior my initial contact with TC Store Brentwood, part of Toomey Motor Group dealerships, based in Essex, I scoured the on-line websites such as Autotrader, Carguru, Exchange & Mart, nationwide. In the past 25 years, I have enjoyed several new/near new high-end luxury brand motors, such as JLR, Mercedes Benz, Jeep, etc.; however, now retired, and in these days of high petrol/diesel prices, the Cost-of-Living crises, I was in search for something more modest. Having identified what appeared to be a good value option. I telephoned TC Store, talked with Phil Kittler, Sales Executive, making an appointment to view and test drive a more modest but spacious Peugeot 5008 GT line Premium. Upon meeting Phil, it quickly became apparent that he, like me, was a passionate car enthusiast, his knowledge, professional 'non-hard sell' approach and willingness to address any issue raised concerning the vehicle, supported by his manager, exuded in my confidence to negotiate a no-nonsense part exchange purchase deal, which we completed following some discussion and to my final satisfaction. TC Store is not your usual used car (second-hand) dealership; most importantly Phil is aMan true to his wordwho cares for clients, and I am in no doubt their after-sales service will be equally satisfactory.   Make sure your car is 100% perfect before paying anything because the after sales is nonexistent. I flagged up issues on the day before purchasing, such as the metal griding noise as the car moved but was told "its the break disks rusty from sitting here, after a week of driving that will go", four months and a lot of miles later and its still there. As they advertise the warrenty and made to think that anything would be sorted if it was to go wrong I purchased the car. I noticed a couple of issues such as the radio doesn't work at all, and there was some dents (that they said they will sort prior to me taking the car) but never did. I rang them the next day and was told "we will look into that for you no problem we will get back to you as soon as we can, we will also book it in to get rid of the dents" Heard nothing back for weeks, rang them again and the same story happened. More has gone wrong with the car, so have called six different times talking to various people across the space of the four months. All have said the same thing "we are sorry, we need to look into this and get back to you as soon as we can". The check engine light comes on and off every couple of weeks, it's rattling and clanging that people down the street turn and look, and the dash board lights up like a Christmas tree with all sorts of different warnings, each day its something different, it feels like the car is falling apart. As its a car I need for work I have given up with the TC Store and will find somewhere else to fix all the issues they promise to sort. I tell all my customers who are looking at a new car, if you decide to go with the TC Store, make sure that the car is absolutely perfect 100% before paying a penny because once they have your money they aren't not interested in you and there is no way the cars are checked prior with the amount of issues I'm having.
