  Bought a Peugeot 3008 in sept last year from Tcstore. 3 times fault with low emission advisory. I called RAC 2 to times to take from roads and the 3 time when it happened Tc Store told me not to call RAC again because they wanted to see the and read the errors. My car it’s on park from 9 days agoall this time I had to use Uber for travelling at wotk, school etc.They called me only 2 times in this time, no courtesy car, only promises that they will fix it…CAR UNDER WARRANTY

  We recently purchased a car from TCstores, as soon as we turned up it felt like the right place to buy a car, there was no pressure from any of the salesman and a very relaxed atmosphere, not what I’m used to from a car showroom..There was a couple of cars we liked all of the same make but different models and after talking to H (one of the salesman) he had all the information and knowledge to help us make our decision. Letting us take the car out for a test drive on our own was really good to allow you to really enjoy and discuss what you like/dislike without a salesman sat in the back which is what I’ve experienced before..The car was lovely, H organised all the paperwork and we picked up the new car a few days later. Overall we had a great experience and enjoying the new, we would definitely recommend TC stores.

  What can I say. H has been amazing. I wasn’t even sure what car I wanted to get but he was very kind and patient. I still have a few issues with my new purchase but I feel 100% confidence that H will sort this out as promised. I would highly recommend this dealership

  Phil from TC store was super helpful and very sufficient when I came into store on Sunday. He wasn’t pushy at all just extremely informative and helpful with all questions I asked. One of the reasons I got my car was because he was a great salesman!

  Excellent service all round. Extremely happy with the entire process which was made so simple by the great customer team. Special thanks to Phil Kittler who provided lots of clarity throughout. Car was as perfect condition as Phil described, bought after seeing the video Phil sent, it was well worth the 500 mile round trip.   A few weeks ago I went to TC Stores just to have a 'browse' at their vans as I was contemplating exchanging my current one as the miles were creeping up. Shea a trainee sales executive came outside to greet us and my friend and I straight away felt comfortable chatting with him about the stock they had on the forecourt. He answered all of my questions and we went inside to chat and I arranged a test drive for the following week. The van I was intending to test drive had by then been sold. The other van I was interested in was a little over my budget but Paul the manager gave me an excellent deal on part exchanging my vehicle and a financial agreement. I test drove the new van and was so happy with it I decided there and then to go ahead and purchase it. I have had my new van for over a week now and I love itI would like to give Shea a very big thank you as I might not have had a new van now had it not been for his pleasant and gentle approach. I would also like to thank Paul for all the negotiating and getting me a deal that was better than I expected I could get. Also Phil who is also part of this amazing team. I highly recommend to anyone looking to exchange or buy a vehicle to look here first. Shea I wish you all the best as a trainee, no doubt you will make an excellent sales executive in the near future.

  I would never trust this company. I had a terrible and very traumatic experience with them a few years ago. They simply did not care and completely ripped me off with no remorse. You can change your name to TC Store but you are still Toomey Brentwood. I will never forgive or forget what you did to me.

  I must say that H and all the team worked absolute miracles getting me the deal for my car as I had outstanding finance but they got me an amazing deal trading my Fiat for a very nice Kia Picanto GT line So thanks to all the team If you are looking for a new car go and see them you won't be disappointed
