I got my new grandland yesterday day .jason from the mobility sales at toomey gave me high quality service. There was a miner hickup no handcontrols but was pick up the next day then drop off the follow day afternoon he kept me informed as much as he could.first class service. Called to make an appointment for a brake fluid change and spoke to Ellie who managed to book me in within the same hour and give me an exact price and duration in advance. I received this same level of assistance when booking my service recently and Ellie let me drop my car off later in the day and made a note of extra things I wanted to be checked. I have been coming to vauxhall for around 3 years now and although I've had issues in the past when booking appointments my recent experiences have been very positive.

Picked up my new Grandland Ultimate yesterday. I would just like to say thank you to Mo for the outstanding service and help I received. He was not pushy in anyway and was extremely helpful. Great experience purchasing a van from Jason. He was extremely helpful and even helped us to get a better van than we originally thought we would be able to. We took our 11 year old Corsa in for an MOT and service and were dealt with by Dan and Ellie. They were very helpful, friendly and professional both when we dropped our car off and when we collected it. This was the first year we had a failure and Dan called to inform us what had failed and to ask us what we wanted to do. He explained exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost, he also asked if we wanted to act on an advisory again with the price. Muhamed Elsadany helped me choose my new motability vehicle recently. He wasn't pushy or expectant from me, gave me plenty of time to check over the car to ensure I was happy with it. Then encouraged me to take the test drive to make sure I was completely happy and confident driving the chosen car. On collection day he made sure I knew what every button and lever was for. And that I was still happy with it , before driving away. Toomey has a great sales place now where all the new and used cars you would want are all in one place so you can park for free and wander around. Definitely Mohamed is 100% recommended

Needed to get my break pads and discs sorted before going away. Vauxhall Southend managed to sort the problem within a few hours. Had a fault with my car and came in today to get it fixed. Dan and Ellie were both very professional at the services department. Dan was very helpful and the problem was fixed promptly, and (having spent a lot of money on trying to get this problem fixed already) within my budget. Also spoke to Jason about financing and he was very knowledgeable and helped me to think things through without pressure. I went to the service reception without an appointment to make an enquiry as I had a warning light come up, Ellie was so helpful, I couldn’t have been better treated, they had a spare slot so got me in there and then for my annual service, Ellie was so friendly, she explained everything to me and also in between her busy schedule managed to have a friendly chat with me. i had my car MOT here and i found the manager in the service department Daniel very helpful, nothing was too much trouble! i completely forgot when my mot was due and in a panic called up and Daniel squeezed me in the very next day! he didnt make a big deal about it and the price i was charged was better than most costs i coud find on the garage comparison sights. i will definitely be coming here again for servicing and to be completely honest, probably be looking at a new car from here as well. Daniel started telling me about the mocha electric range that vauxhall do and i quite fancy a test drive! thank you guys, much appreciated

Re :- Vauxhall Astra Raj Changing ones car isn't the most pleasant of experiences, I find. Raj made it easy straight forward, helping me decided on some of my concerns, It was a pleasure doing business with this man he was courteous and polite and made the whole process easy. I recently visited the Toomey vauxhall showroom in Southend having reserved a vauxhall insignia on line with a view to a test drive etc. On entering the showroom I was greeted by Raj, who was extremely helpful and informative. He explained everything in great detail at the same time listening to my requirements regarding part exchange of my vehicle. The whole experience of buying the Insignia was smooth from beginning to end, thanks to Raj who is a polite & friendly member of the sales team, a credit to the company.

I dealt with Kat and Alistair and they were so patient with me as I was being very indecisive but they were really good at helping me find what I wanted (even when I then changed my mind again!) After a weary day with 2 children looking for what seemed like the impossible task of finding a new family car, we found Kat. She was our ray of sunshine on a rainy day....welcomed us in with both arms and provided refreshments for our girls. Sadly, after a change of mind on the cars available we decided not to proceed with the test drive. Yesterday I took my car in to Toomeys,Southend to be serviced.For a while I had wanted to buy a smaller car. Whilst there I spoke to Jason Dossett who was very helpful. We discussed the sort of car I wanted and looked on the computer. We found one that ticked all the boxes and when I saw it , it was just what I wanted. I would like to thank Jason for all his help. I look forward to driving my new car.

My first experience with Southend Toomey. I cannot fault the customer service I received on the day of viewing. My sales assistant was very thorough and spent a lot of time with me to ensure we looked at the correct vehicles within my price point, but also those that had the specific features I had requested. However, after purchasing the car feel that organisation let them down and the little touches were missed. I felt that I was being bombarded with phone calls for the completion of paperwork that could have been dealt with in person as I suggested when I paid my deposit. On the day of collection the car was not ready and had to be topped up with petrol whilst I was waiting. On my return home, where I could look at the car in more depth; although a stain had been removed as promised, the inside had not been cleaned thoroughly and I was rather disappointed. Overall I was happy with the car and initial service but felt the process was rushed and created more stress than necessary.

I dealt with Kat for a 23 plate Vauxhall Corsa to help get my Dad about, I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough for her professionalism, how understanding and informative she was and just how lovely in general Kat is. I’ve had the car about a month now (I kept forgetting to leave Kat the 5*’s she really deserves) and I’m still so happy with the car, the service and the help available that’s been offered. Extremely happy customer, wish Kat nothing but the best.

This was my first experience with Toomey Vauxhall and I can say it has been exceptional so far. The sales staff were very helpful during my initial phone enquiries and Jason was extremely accommodating by taking a short notice appointment the following morning. I requested a valuation on my Corsa and within an hour I was called and booked in for an appointment the same week to chat about exchanging my car for a Mokka. Whilst at Southend Toomey I was given a few different options, but ultimately Kat Green got me a great deal on a new 2023 Mokka, which they already had in stock! It was exactly what I was looking for; the service and dedication I received from Kat was absolutely amazing! All questions I had were answered; the overall experience was exemplary! Thank you Kat! Upon returning to our car (Vauxhall mokka) we discovered that the Infotainment screen was not working, and as we were going on a long journey later in the week, we were concerned that we would have, amongst other things, no SAT NAV. As we were close to Toomey’s in Southend we decided to call in to the showroom. How grateful we were when explaining our problem to Ellie on reception. She immediately went about trying to help us, and although there were no service appointments available, she managed to get us booked in for the following morning and as we needed a car, also arranged a courtesy car. As things turned out, the following day the screen was working! We called in to Toomey’s to explain to Ellie and was reassured that sometimes faults are intermittent and if the fault reoccurred, they would deal with it. If it was available, we would give 10* for her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Ellie!

I had to have my car serviced and a problem sorted. I had a booked waiting appointment so stayed on site for about three hours. Whilst that sounds long the waiting area was comfortable, had WiFi and a socket for my laptop, was warm, free hot drinks and clean toilet. I was looked after by Ellie who was great, keeping me updated throughout.

Kane Knight was an absolute star from the minute we walked in, he was the only one who came out to us when we first arrived and he asked if we wanted to see anything in particular, his knowledge of motability was brilliant and he clearly showed us what we could and couldn’t have and didn’t hide anything he was upfront and clear, the best service by far we have had from toomey, he called us to make sure we were not overloaded with detail with no pressure at all to buy just seeing if we were ok, he is a credit to Toomey and I will be going to see him in future and will highly recommend him to family and friends in a heartbeat

Yeaterday i popped to vauxhall. I know the vehicle i wanted, i was looking to part exchange my current vehicle. I wasnt sure if i was going to be leaving there with a deal, but i did. After waiting a while for my new family electric vehicle I’m delighted to have taken possession of it this morning. Recently purchased a Vauxhall Grandland X. This is our 4th car from Toomey. The last two times we were dealt with by Hollie and we especially wanted to deal with her again. Me and my partner both bought a Corsa-e l collected these yesterday and we are in love with them. We had the pleasure of Hollie, in the Southend Vauxhall branch, dealing with both our orders and she handled them amazingly. She always kept us updated, even if it was no update she kept the communication open. The cars were delayed slightly, but it wasn't a surprise considering there are shortages all around the world for car part. Hollie really helped us by arranging a loan car when both our old cars were returned and we were going to be without a car, which we really appreciated! I ordered a new Vauxhall Astra from Toomeys back in January. I was informed at the time that it would take some months before delivery due to the nature of the car world at the time. Kane Knight was the salesman that dealt with me and throughout he was courteous, professional and knowledgable with regards to the sale. Today I collected my vehicle from Toomeys and again Kane dealt with the handing over. Once again he showed his knowledge of the brand new vehicle and carefully explained the make up of the car. Recently bought a car from here via Kieren. Unfortunately found the experience with Kieren to be a bit slow. My daughter was often left waiting for phone calls back from Kieren. She was then informed on a Monday that she had to pick the car up no later than Wednesday which left her in a difficult situation with work arrangements, this was sprung on her very last minute. He also did not tell her to make sure her car was insured on the Wednesday which left her stressed on the day of collecting her car. Luckily, Irfan dealt with her on the day of her collecting her car as kieren was off, and he informed her of everything she needed to know which she had not been informed with by kieren. He was excellent and made a great impression, and we wished we had dealt with him to start with he is a huge credit to the company .

Explained we saw a car and was asked if we would like to book a test drive but we had little time so Lee asked us to contact him if and when we decided. Contacted Lee test drive a couple of cars. Lee was very patient professional and a great guy to talk to. Eventually decided on a car. Paperwork sorted by Lee with a little deal. Quite a knowledgeable guy great to do business with. Great team member. The only reason not given 5 stars I thought the valet on the inside of the car was poor and stickers left on the number plate was covering the numbers. Just bought our first Vauxhall from Mo at Toomey Southend. Great service throughout the whole process. Not pushy or rushed during initial discussions and helpful with any questions we had. We purchased a second hand car from Toomey.. The salesman whom we dealt with named Irfan, he was extremely helpful, Polite, Honest and put us at ease. I must share an experience that I witnessed at your dealership today. I fortunately had the company to share my visit with an elderly gentleman whilst my husband had a look at your cars, I proudly witnessed such an act of pure kindness and amazing customer service that I felt the need to share it. Whilst waiting I witnessed the elderly gentleman speak to a young man frequently and in return the young man made him a coffee and seemed to reassure him frequently. When he left I got speaking to the gentleman who informed me he had recently been diagnosed with dementia and that he was struggling to re tax and insure his car and that he had come in today after the Manager had said he would help him sort everything out. I then watched as the Manager made phone calls and then take the gentleman into his office, laugh with him and make him smile. Essentially this member of staff helped a very stressed and anxious man rectify something that really wasn’t his responsibility, I gather from the elderly gentleman that he taxed and rectified his insurance for him! When he left I approached the young man and explained how lovely it was to see such amazing customer service in today’s society! I feel we as customers are the first to leave negative reviews but rarely leave positive ones. Your employer is an asset to your company and if all your staff are as kind, caring and professional then you will gladly receive my business and my family/friends. Asked what I was looking for and the price range. He then took me to look at a Limited Edition Corsa Griffin which I fell in love with. However, it was only a 3 door. Brilliant Service. I recently visited this garage, in order to try fix a very complicated fault in an older 2004 vauxhall Signum , it required complicated work and properly not the most usual older car they would usually deal with , however this place went beyond helping they did everything possible in order to fix the fault and get my car back on the road, even holding it for a period of time so they was able to order the correct part, putting me at ease knowing it was safe. Management and reception was extremely helpful and polite at all times and the work was done to a very high standard, I would definitely use this place again and recommend them highly for all aspects.

Had Irfan as my sales guy who talked me thought everything without bombarding me with info even accommodate the fact that I could only go to the show room on the weekend FYI Vauxhall doesn’t like you collecting at the weekend which is annoying after spending £x on a car. The team at Vauxhall couldn't have done better. Fraser Inns made the effort to come outside and greet us as soon as we arrived, and within just half an hour had found me the car I wanted. I bought a Corsa on Monday (this week) and picked my car up today (Wednesday) from the minute I walked into the show room I was made to feel comfortable and at home, offered drinks throughout, Fraser Inns was our man, I won’t say salesman, that sounds pushy and he was far from that, we spoke like we were friends and didn’t feel one ounce of pressure from him, we went for a test drive and once again it was lovely. Fraser Inns contacted my husband Derek Kenyon about 6 weeks before my car was due for part exchange, buy back or purchase on the Vauxhall scheme. Communications with Fraser and further visits to the Southend showroom were both professional and friendly. I had my Mokka (Reg. FMZ) serviced last week, the customer service from Kirsty Booker- Shaw was absolutely amazing. Kirsty gave me a clear indication of what my service plan included and when my car would be ready for collection. She then arranged to give me a quote for a new service plan by the time I got back. I have been using Toomeys Vauxhall Southend for around 9 years now. We went in recently to see Fraser as due to our expanding family we needed a bigger car and more boot space. Where do I start? I walked into Vauxhall with a budget And wanted to buy a car out right. Just picked up a meriva on a 65 plate after having to Chang my 18 plate crossland. The sales executive Fraser Inns went above and beyond and delivered a level of customer service that exceed expectations. His attention to detail making sure everything went smoothly and correctly made the whole transaction smooth and stress free. Barry his trainee was as well outstanding during then hand over of the my new vehicle from the final pieces of documentation to sign to taxing the vehicle. This was my first experience purchasing a less than 5 years old car which was a Vauxhall Insignia . I found Akay, the Sales rep very helpful and put my mind at ease in regards to the doubts I had about the car and finance . Made it less stressful for me . It was a smooth transaction all in all . Ifran was very detailed in everything he did with me and made sure that my car was 100% before I revived the keys. Thanks to Cameron for excellent and thoughtful service whilst purchasing our new family car. He kept our children entertained when he saw them getting a little restless during the buying process and helped them make hot chocolate. I personally would like to post this review on one particular staff member Kai at Vauxhall . He absolutely was very polite knew what he was doing and very professional. We purchased the car on Saturday advised him I really needed it for Monday as my husband was working away. That was no problem at all he would get it delivered to my place of work which was literally down the road . Unfortunately there was a little hiccup with the paperwork and wasn't able to deliver it so he took himself out and said he comes pick me up to take me to showroom to complete everything. The service from him was impeccable and he is Credit to your company. Salesperson in these environments in my opinion never get rewarded as they should so I hope this goes to the management at Vauxhall and he gets rewarded for what he has done for us thank you so much and I love my car. I have just had a 'response back on My review about kai and you couldn't get his name correct you named him as akay sorry but what does that say as a company like yourselves so that says to me that no recognition will go to him what so ever I don't seem to be able to respond to toomy response I just hope you see it as I'm appalled with your response in my eyes toomy do not take reviews seriously

Just received absolutely first class service from Toomey Vauxhall Southend. Service on my Vauxhall Corsa 2015 SRi (petrol) was carried out to a very high standard. Kirsty facilitated my Vauxhall service club discount and was highly professional and extremely helpful in doing so. I will absolutely be using this branch for all my car needs and recommending to family, friends and colleagues. ????

What can I say... after experiencing every working mum's living nightmare of having the car break down and then having the mechanic say the dreaded words "it's not worth repairing", I must admit I was in complete dispair. So after trawling through the cars for sale on the Internet I though I would have a look at the main dealers to see if they could help me in my hour of need. Was a bit reluctant to do the whole main dealer thing as have had a few bad experiences with sales men doing the whole 'let's try and baffle and confuse the women with technical jargon' (I never tend to let on that I know what they are talking about as i used to repair my own cars with my brother, just don't have time or the tools anymore....thanks to the kids).... So anyway, after dropping the kids at one of their many clubs (in my partners car... Sticky kids fingers in his nice car is alway a headache) I decided to stop in at the tommey car sales area. I had a little wonder around and was greated by a lovely chap in the Vauxhall dealership. All I can say is hallelujah!!!! A sales man that doesn't talk to me like I'm a stupid blonde, listens to my needs and helps me out trying to find a car that is right for me, my kids and my two massive dogs. Even the sales manager joined in to help me get the best deal financially (as the kids and the dogs tend to be eating all my money at the moment). So the guys a vauxhall tommey are offically my saviours, they have dragged me out of my car less hell, saved my partner car from sticky fingers and given me a car that fulfils my needs at a fantastic price. Visited a few times here,once for a car purchase and also for some servicing intervals and have never had anything other than a first class service if im honest. Extremely helpful staff, both the salesman Michael and the sales manager Dean really went the extra mile to assure a smooth trade in. I received a text messaged on the day of the trade in reminding me of the paper work I need to bring (that I would of defiantly forgot). Everything was explained to me clearly and on top of everything the new car was actually ready before the estimated date. One happy customer, highly recommended.
