  After using Cinch over the past few times when renewing my car, I decided to go back to the proper way car and buy from a dealership.   I needed the limiter on my van removed, the service advisor was knowledgable on the solution and didnt try to rip me off with excessive diagnostic charges. One of the best interactions I've had with any dealership and a complete contrast to the other two Citroen dealerships I phoned prior.

  Gavin was super helpful when I was buying my first car and helped me find affordable finance and helped me with anything i needed and was really great at letting me know what my car is like, what all the switches button, and how the infotainment screen works, and was great at making sure the car was up to scratch before I collected it and making sure I was ready and happy with the car!   Took delivery of a new Citroen E-Berlingo yesterday. My customer experience from start to finish was excellent. I sent an initial enquiry through Toomey's website and the next morning I received a text message and email with a 'walk round' video of the vehicle I was interested in. This was followed up a few hours later with a phone call from Daniel James. Daniel was very professional, friendly and courteous. Daniel dealt with my entire transaction from start to finish and it was great having this single point of contact. I am delighted with my new vehicle and can't recommend Toomey Citroen Basildon highly enough. Toomey's can rest assured that they have secured themselves a returning customer.

  Just a purchased a vehicle form Toomey Citroen Basildon. Exceptional support from Gavin Harris throughout the whole process from start to finish. Gavin went above an beyond to support me my vehicle search, even sending a personalised video of the vehicle and specification because of my location an not being able to view it in person.
