• All staff members fully understand and carry out the Governments COVID-19 preventive actions, which are clearly displayed throughout the Dealerships.
• All staff are provided with the correct PPE to ensure they are members of the public are safe
• All department floors have been clearly marked at 2m to ensure correct distancing between customers and staff
• Paperwork and keys exchanged between employee and customer using trays.
• All stationery including trays and pens decontaminated between each customer.
  Perspex screens fitted at customer facing points.
• All waiting areas deep cleaned daily.
• All magazines and refreshments removed.
• Hand sanitizer and soap for customers throughout the Dealerships.
• Courtesy car decontamination before and after loan - protective seat covers provided.
• Collection and delivery service subject to availability - all collection vehicles subjected to a 3 hour decontamination period before collection and all drivers will be equipped with PPE.
• All vehicles protected with seat covers; steering wheel covers; handbrakes and door handles will be sanitised after your vehicle is completed.
